Refund & Returns Policy

1. Return Period

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your Hardero order to request a return or refund. This applies in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and the principles of EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU for eligible international customers.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unopened and in its original condition (sealed packaging, undamaged).
• You must initiate the return request within 14 calendar days of receiving your delivery.
• Proof of purchase (order reference or confirmation) must be provided.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Opened or partially used food supplements cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or where required by Australian Consumer Law consumer guarantees.

4. How to Request a Return

1. Email info@elegantbrflora.world with your name, order reference and reason for return within 14 calendar days of delivery.
2. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions, including the return address.
3. Package the product securely and send it using a tracked postal service. Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
4. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

5. Refund Method

Refunds for COD (cash on delivery) orders will be processed via bank transfer. Please provide your bank account details when submitting your return request. We cannot issue cash refunds by post.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product, contact us at info@elegantbrflora.world within 14 calendar days. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage, at no cost to you.

7. Australian Consumer Law Guarantees

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any consumer guarantees to which you are entitled under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a remedy that may include a repair, replacement or refund.
